My Project Life kit still has a far bit left to travel before it gets to me so I have to start without it. I'm really looking forward to be doing it with a kit this year. I think it is going to be a lot easier for me to keep up with it. I still haven't decided on what to take a picture of for the first day of the year but there is still plenty of hours left in the day. I can't wait to get started on Project Life!!
This layout was done for my sister as a gift. Her prom was a couple of years ago. I wanted the photos to stand out which is why I did a very basic page on black cardstock. The accent is from the Home Accents Cricut cartridge and the title from the Storybook cartridge which were all covered in glitter. Like I said previously, I love glitter.
This is a little note card that I also made to send to my fiance last year. The heart pog was cut with my Cricut using the Fabulous Finds cartridge and then coverd in glitter. Studio G stamp for the 'XOXO' and the MS edge punch Doily Lace for along the bottom edge.
I made this box to send to my fiance while he was living away from home for work. I filled it with lots of his favourite lollies. The box was made with a template and I used my Cricut to cut the frame and hearts which are then covered in glitter. I love glitter! The border around the edge of the lid is my threading water punch.
Last week I got the new Cricut cartridge Sweet Treats and I have been so busy working that I have only just gotten a chance to play with it. I whipped up this cupcake holder really quick and also used my Hello Kitty Greetings cartridge. I think I am really going to like this cartridge. What do you think of my cupcake holder? Thanks for looking.
